Graduate Sales - Data Analyst

Job Purpose:

 The Graduate Data Analyst will support Tropical Heat’s business teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates to develop practical experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (sales, operations, marketing, etc.)
• Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform business decisions
• Assist in analyzing trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Collaborate with business teams to identify key metrics and insights
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation for future analysis
• Continuously learn and develop skills in analytics tools and software (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of data analytics tools and software (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Interest in business operations and performance metrics
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in data analytics is a plus
