Graduate Sales - Field Analyst

Job Purpose:

 The Graduate Field Analyst will act as the eyes and ears of Tropical Heat in the market. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience visiting retail partners, auditing performance, tracking competitor activity, and collecting ground-level data that informs business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail partners to audit product availability, merchandising, and compliance with company standards
• Track competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and product placement
• Collect accurate and timely field data to support commercial and marketing teams
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries of field findings for management
• Collaborate with HQ teams to provide insights and recommendations based on field data
• Identify opportunities for improvement in sales execution and market penetration
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry into relevant systems or reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• Strong numerical and observational skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internships or field experience is a plus
• Comfortable using mobile or digital tools for data collection
• Interest in retail, sales operations, and market intelligence
