Officer I-Administration

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance as well as in charge of all source documents processed in the Bank’s operating system.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive.
  2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  7. Perform other administrative duties as and when needed such as raising Quotations and LPO’s on M-Files, etc.

  • Taking diligent notes of phone conversations or messages.
  • Delivering messages promptly and clearly.

Academic Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field is desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum Two (2) years’ progressive working experience in front office.
