Officer I-Administration
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance as well as in charge of all source documents processed in the Bank’s operating system.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other administrative duties as and when needed such as raising Quotations and LPO’s on M-Files, etc.

- Gathering and communicating necessary information.
- Taking diligent notes of phone conversations or messages.
- Delivering messages promptly and clearly.
- Maintaining positive work relationships.

- Quality serviceability to work neatly and accurately.

Academic Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum Two (2) years’ progressive working experience in front office.
